Nicolini, Paradise, Ferretti & Sabella, PLLC, was established in 1987 and is an AV-rated New York law firm representing individuals, insurance carriers, self-insureds and third-party administrators. The firm handles cases in the State Supreme Court, the Civil Court of the City of New York, the District Courts of Nassau and Suffolk County, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Our office is located on Long Island in Mineola and cases are handled primarily in the counties of Kings, Queens, New York, Bronx, Richmond, Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester. The firm has over 25 years experience handling all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial, and at the Appellate level. In addition to litigating these cases in court, we also render legal opinions, handle arbitrations and stand ready to provide presentations and seminars so that our clients are well informed.
